Osterley Park Wedding Photography: Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day but I’m finally getting to catch up on my blogs after a rollercoaster ride of glorious Cotswold weddings as well as several further afield too. Here’s the first of them…
Hayley and Elliot’s day began at the Syon Park Hilton Hotel, both of them staying there so a nice easy start to the morning. I tentatively knocked on Hayley’s room and was greeted by the usual wonderful getting ready mayhem that I really enjoy shooting! Always some great shots to be had at these times but you need to be patient and shoot sparingly, blending in and observing.
The ceremony itself was at Osterley Park, a gorgeous National Trust house and grounds in West London and somewhere very close to my heart having spent my childhood there during many a school Summer holiday. There really are so many wonderful photographic opportunities here but you have to work hard and cover the ground to get them. Luckily we had the perfect weather to justify the effort and Hayley, wisely, had brought along a pair of Converse’s to make things that bit more comfortable!
This really was a perfect wedding and rather than talk about it, I’ll let the pictures do that for me. Suffice to say Hayley and Elliot were lovely to spend the day with, fabulously easy going and got the pictures they so wanted as a result. Perfect.
Here’s a few from the day to give you a flavour…
