As someone once said to me in my former life as a professional singer: keep it simple.
These three words have never left me and now, as a wedding photographer, my approach too is simple: to make beautiful, natural pictures that really mean something.
Over the years I’ve come to appreciate that wedding photography is neither for the complacent nor the timid.
I’ve also learnt that what really sets you apart is how you are with people and how you make them feel: get it right and the smiles and laughter are natural, expressions real.
I always joke with my clients that although I press the buttons, they make the pictures. Making people feel comfortable and happy while I snap away really is at the heart of what I do.
