Great Tythe Barn Wedding: I’m thinking of charging extra for bringing the sun with me to weddings because the last few I’ve shot have been absolute scorchers, not a cloud in the sky, perfect blue sky days. And so it was with Richard and Tash’s magical wedding at Tetbury’s Great Tythe Barn.
We’d already taken a few pre wedding shots at the barn a month or so before and everything gelled – we were a good team! Throw in a fab wedding dress for good measure, lots of happy people (and the weather) and I knew the day was going to be a special one.
As is my usual way, I just blended in with the day, picking off sweet little wedding moments as and when the opportunities arose. There were some memorable ones too – Richard’s emotional (and rightly so) speech, some …ahem…less than formal group shots and gloriously dodgy dance moves from various parties to name but a few.
As you’ll see from the pictures, sometimes everything just goes right. Richard and Tash were great company before their wedding day and especially charming on it and were kind enough to drop me a few words afterwards to say thank you for my efforts…
