Gloucestershire wedding photography-Woodchester Park: Spring in pretty Woodchester in Gloucestershire is always a wonderful time for photography so when Nikki and Roy asked me if I knew of anywhere where we could do their pre wedding pictures, I told them I knew just the place.
Although their wedding is later in the year at The Frogmill Inn, we’d decided upon this lovely little treasure of a place because it ticked all the boxes; trees, a small lake, amazing scenery, Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards lives there…you get the picture. We met mid morning and I must say Nikki and Roy are my type of people! Openly admitting to being a teeny bit hungover, both of them threw themselves in to the session and were absolute troopers even though they’d probably felt better (a lot better).
Of course I didn’t want to keep them too long but was really impressed with how good they were in front of the lens and how keen they were just to try different things, different locations, different shots. Roy did mention that they were having a roast dinner after and I think this is what kept him going!
Great fun session and a top couple and I’m really looking forward to seeing them again at their wedding in August. Here are a few shots from the morning – hope you like them…
